Trading Application

Lloyds Banking Group had previously used a third party supplier for their trading applications. Due to spiralling maintenance costs for even small changes, they decided to develop an in-house solution.

Having limited knowledge of trading applications or the trading process, it was a steep learning curve for me. However, I conducted both user/stakeholder interviews with key stakeholders and SME’s to quickly get me up to speed with trading and the trading applications.
